WHEN TO CONTACT US

Bring us in before a difficult job turns into lost workshop time.

You do not need a complete diagnosis before contacting us. Send the evidence you have and we will identify whether remote support is a sensible next step.

Programming or coding stalled

A module workflow has stopped, failed or needs a vehicle-specific plan.

Fault direction is unclear

The scan is extensive, communication is inconsistent or previous repair steps have not resolved the issue.

Replacement module needs a workflow

The unit is installed or selected, but compatibility, setup and verification still need to be reviewed.

Gateway or calibration prerequisites

The workshop needs clarity on equipment, legitimate access and vehicle-side preparation.

CONTROLLED WORKFLOW

Know what happens before we connect.

Remote support is only useful when the workshop understands the scope, prerequisites and vehicle-side responsibilities.

WORKSHOP FAQ

Clear limits before remote work begins.

These answers set the expectations that matter most for a first case assessment.

What should our workshop send first?

Send the vehicle make, model, year, VIN when available, current fault or requested work, a complete scan and the diagnostic equipment available at the vehicle.

Do you take control of the vehicle without approval?

No. The case scope, requirements and expected workflow are agreed before a remote connection. The vehicle-side technician remains involved throughout the session.

Can every programming or diagnostic job be completed remotely?

No. Physical faults, unsupported modules, unavailable access or insufficient equipment may require local testing, repair or a different workflow. We explain that before booking a session.

Which brands do you support?

We commonly assess Volkswagen, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, Land Rover, McLaren and Skoda workflows. Coverage is confirmed for the exact vehicle and requested work.
